This project is planned and designed on a land area of about 20 hectares with the aim of creating a space for spending leisure time for the use of armed forces personnel and their families. The study and design of the project's executive plans have previously been carried out by Naqsh-e Negar Consulting Engineers. After that, and during the implementation phase, the supervision of this project was entrusted to Pirraz Consulting Engineers. After reviewing the plans and documents, many shortcomings and capabilities were observed on the site that required more space for work and design. An area of the site with an area of 10 hectares was reviewed by Pirraz Consultant as the initial phase of exploitation and was prepared in the form of a proposed plan and presented to the employer.
