Client: Shomal Development and Housing Company Area: 36 villa plots in the form of plots of 500 to 600 square meters Location: Namak Abroud, Mazandaran This project has been defined as a design of 8 types of 3-story villa buildings on 36 plots of land and an attempt has been made to place and repeat the types on different plots with an emphasis on diversity in the volume and overall appearance of the complex and to avoid repetition and uniformity. The use of distinctive and sculptural stairs in the open space to connect the numerous terraces on different levels of the villa to each other and the repetition of these stairs in all 8 types, the use of sloping roofs and similar materials are some of the common formal characteristics of the different villa types in the complex.
