The new Sepah Bank building is currently located on the northeast side of Nelson Mandela Highway above Argentina Square. The middle section is the office floor and the north facade is the service area. The main entrance area is considered the joint connecting the open space to the tower space. It is designed in the form of a T and covers a large area of over 250 square meters. The entrance area is located on the covered parking lot.
