Stating that Tehran Municipality's partner in this project is Mahestan Company, he noted: With the completion of this project, owners located in dilapidated areas can receive a newly built unit in the form of a turnkey plan by handing over their dilapidated properties. Hedayat stated: Also, by relocating households living in dilapidated areas to this complex, local lands will be freed up and made available to the region. He emphasized: In the past, part of the region's lands had already been acquired in the two neighborhoods of Minaei and Atabak, which were defined in the form of housing construction projects or service per capita. The CEO of the Tehran City Renovation Organization continued: "Currently, based on the key-to-key resolution of the Tehran Municipality, we are planning to provide people living in the dilapidated area with a new apartment in exchange for their dilapidated property and transferring it to the Kilid Municipality." He added: "Currently, 300 households and owners have expressed their readiness to participate in this project." The D4 project in the dilapidated area of Atabak was designed by Pirraz Consulting Engineers and is currently being implemented under the supervision of these consulting engineers.
